A council has been criticised over delays in implementing a replacement for an old seafront toilet block. North Norfolk District Council initially pledged to open the new toilets at the east prom of coastal town Sheringham by the Easter and April period as a guideline estimate. However at a Town Council annual meeting this week it emerged that the toilets would now not be ready until early July. Furthermore, a new lighting system had been put back until September.
