This week it was revealed a toilet firm was driven potty by a phone company mistake. City Loo Hire complained after BT inadvertently switched off its phone line on Thursday last week. The manager of the firm based in Wales, Julie John, said: “Our diaries are full of bookings and the telephones are ringing off the hook, or they were until last Thursday.” A spokesman for BT said: “BT is investigating in an effort to resolve this as quickly as possible.”
