Combating drug abuse is one of the reasons given for revamping a railway station toilet. Chiefs want to touch up the travel hub facilities in Worcester to make them less attractive to drug addicts. The rail operator has submitted plans to Worcester City Council, and applied for consent to alter the listed building. The current toilets are prone to vandalism and are in need of full renewal, according to the submitted planning paperwork.
